Please contact us then arrange for your order to be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Order must be returned in similar condition and original packaging intact for us to process the refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the refund or exchange. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties you paid on any order.

For purchases made on all 3rd party apps, please contact the app owner directly. If you prefer for us to process your refund request, please note that a varying commission is paid to the app owner with your purchase. We are unable to provide a refund corresponding to the full purchase price.
