Delivery Policy

Re-delivery

Important: Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and someone is available to receive the delivery.

In the event that no-one is around to receive the delivery, we will make every effort to contact you for an alternative solution (leave the delivery with a neighbour, hang on gate, etc). If you are uncontactable or an alternative solution is not available, you will be liable for the delivery fees for returning the package to the pick-up point and re-delivery of the package.

Delivery

Our delivery partners will do their utmost best to complete the delivery within 2 hours, from the time the package is picked-up. We seek your kind understanding that unforeseen road condition(s) (e,g. traffic accident) may cause a delay in the delivery.

Please note that changing of delivery location after the commencement for the search for a delivery driver/rider partner will incur additional costs. We reserve the right to not adhere to any change of address request.

Delivery fee is applicable to Singapore main island, including Sentosa, with the exception of “Secured Zones”.

For delivery to a location within the “Secured Zones”, there is an additional charge of $20 for each “Secured Zones” location. You will be contacted after you have placed your order to make payment for this additional charge before the delivery is arranged.
