Q: I made an order. When can I expect my delivery?

A: For non-peak periods (e.g. outside of Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas):

Website	Delivery will be within the time slot selected by you during checkout.
Grab (Merchant Delivery)	Delivery timing depends on when your order gets accepted by a delivery driver / rider. We post your delivery request within 5mins of receiving your order. Once a driver / rider accepts your delivery, he/she may take up to 30mins to pick up and another 1-2hours to deliver.
Grab (Islandwide Delivery)	Delivery is assigned by Grab. Please contact Grab directly.

 

For peak periods, please kindly allow delivery extension of at least another hour.
